Annual Dinner a great success; student projects are outstanding

Our annual fundraising dinner, held on February 26th, was a great success, with revenue the highest it’s ever been!  Chef Principal Kehrley made cooking delicious pasta for a large crowd seem so easy, and Coordinator Loeza hosted the popular loteria game, where tons of wonderful prizes were given away.

Ms. Luna’s 4th grade class decorated the tables with their fine ceramic artwork, and this year’s 5th grade essay contest winners were acknowledged– Goeun Lee and Aaliyah Almonte.

Jen Dunn, Regional Operations Directors for the YMCA, encouraged families to sign up for new memberships (the brand-new Y next door is opening in late March!), and Principal Kehrley made an informative “State of the School” presentation.
